Billing

Restore paid access

Free searches need no login. Start with the checkout email. If that is not enough, the next step asks for the order ID on your receipt. Clearing cookies does not mean a refund. No password.

  1. Enter the checkout email — the address on your payment receipt.
  2. Order ID only if asked — it is on that same receipt.
  3. Access returns on this browser. Then go find a song.

Free searches never need this page. Paid access is cookie-based. Restore with the checkout email first. The order ID is the fallback.

If restore doesn’t stick

Restore checks the checkout email first, then the order ID from the receipt if the email is not enough. It reattaches pack credits or Unlimited to this browser. It is not a password reset.

  • Use the checkout address. If the page asks for an order ID, copy it from the receipt. “No matching purchase found” means that pair does not match a paid order — a typo, a plus-alias you didn’t use at checkout, or a subscription that already ended.
  • Allow cookies on this site. Paid access is stored in a cookie after a successful restore. Private windows that block cookies will look unpaid again on the next page.
  • Only paid access appears here. This form cannot add credits that were not bought.
  • Too many tries. After repeated lookups from the same network you’ll see a rate-limit message. Wait about an hour. Hammering the button does not create a purchase.
  • Still stuck. Write hello@reelsongfinder.com from the receipt address and include the approximate purchase date. Don’t send card numbers.

Identifying songs is separate from billing. Public Reel links, muted clips, and missing stickers are covered in the guides.
