What the free tier includes

Is it really free?
Yes. Your first two public Reel identifications are free, with no account. That is two in total per browser, not two a day. Pasting a link you already identified is a free cache hit.
What counts against the two free matches?
A new Reel link that comes back with a song. A no-match does not count, and neither does a link that could not be fetched because the Reel is private or deleted. No-match retries are capped at 3 a day.
Do I need to sign in to Instagram?
No. The finder needs the public Reel link only. A private Reel cannot be fetched.
What happens after the two are used?
The free matches do not reset. To keep going, buy a 20-ID pack for $4.99 once, or Unlimited for $9.99 a month, on the pricing page. A link you already identified stays free.
Does it work for TikTok or Shorts?
