Where the similar list actually is
- Keep the title and artist from the match. Open that recording from the store link.
- Start that song’s radio or station inside the app. Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music build the similar list from that recording.
- No title means there is nothing to seed. A miss, a mashup, or an unreleased edit has no catalog recording to open. A clearer public clip is the next input — when the Reel song isn’t found — not a guessed neighbor.
A sped-up Reel still seeds the recording that matched, which is often the original release. Sped-up and remix clips explain when that match fails. Name the clip on the homepage finder first.
“Find similar songs”, “find songs similar to another”, and “how to find similar songs” start with the title from the box, then that recording’s radio in the streaming app. This page does not return the list.
Questions
Can I type an artist and get recommendations, with no video?
No. The form takes a public Instagram video URL, not an artist name.
The match is a cover or a remix. Does the radio play the original?
The radio follows the recording that was identified. Search the original artist yourself if that is the version you wanted. This site does not swap in a different take.
Do you build a taste profile from my matches?
No. Each run is one clip and one title. Nothing here learns what you played last time.
The store button opened a search, not the song page.
Some catalogs only return artist and title. Open the row that matches both words.
